New Balance Factory Store Cabazon

Kevin was very nice and personable. We stopped to buy shoes at Adidas but liked the shoes and the clerk much better at New Balance so we bought at NB.

the gentleman that seemed like the manager on duty (didn’t catch his name) was SUPER helpful and nice. i’m a big overthinker and he helped me try on a bunch of different styles of shoes and clearly knew a ton about which colorways came in which sizes/styles, etc. super appreciative!!

When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The store was nice and clean and it didn't take long to find the shoe I liked. I got the Trail Running Course EN Sentier shoe. I loved how comfortable the shoe was and I am really happy about my purchase. I will be returning here again.

Went there 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The store was organized and clean the employees were all on task and very helpful. Good job New Balance in Cabazon.
