I had an excellent experience at the New Balance store. The inventory was impressive, and the staff was both cool and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. I originally went online looking for the 990s (the classic “dad standing at the grill” sneaker), but everywhere showed them as out of stock.
Today at New Balance in Dallas, I had the most amazing shopping experience. Chris, a staff member, welcomed me as soon as I entered. He showed me a 9060 colorway that I was unaware was available; they are really adorable! He was quite patient and helpful. I will definitely return. Thank you very much.
