Always loved New Balance. And this store has very friendly staff. We got our couple sneakers.

My family and I came to make a return from an online purchase my older son made for me for my birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, a sales associate, and he exceeded our expectations. He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet.

Would've liked to have seen a wider selection but I did get what I was looking for. The store was very clean and easy to navigate. Richard was vey helpful and knowledgeable

I love shopping at New Balance Carle Place. The manager Mark is like a friend, he is so knowledgeable about shoes, both the fit and the structure of the shoe. He remembers what type fits you better. He is professional and courteous and treats everyone with respect. His staff is also helpful.
