New Balance Birmingham

New Balance is located by Chick-fil-A on Hwy 280. This is where I buy my grandson’s shoes; today we bought running shoes and a backpack. Adam helped us; very knowledgeable and pleasant. The store is accessible to all, clean, and organized. I will definitely be back!

1st time visiting this store. From the moment I entered til the moment I left a great experience and a clinic on customer service. Store Manager Tyler rushed to unlock the door a couple minutes early when he noticed customers waiting outside.

Kip Box I recently went to New Balance on 280, and the young lady who waited on me was nice, knowledgeable, and patient. She checked out my feet, my gait, etc and fitted me with the best pair of New Balance (1080) runners ever. I am tempted to buy another pair before they go out. The store matched the online price.

Clean store. Great operation hours. The employees there are professional, friendly and helpful. I have actually been to this location twice and I definitely recommend them. Please check them out!!
