I brought my 82 year old grandfather in today to find a pair of shoes to fit comfortably with his new brace. Edison was EXCEPTIONAL. He immediately knew how to fit an OFA brace and which shoes would work well for my grandfather. He was extremely patient and kind.

I had a problem with UPS delivering to another address. I called Zack at Avon New Balance, he took care of everything, even tho I had made a mistake on what I thought was a price mistake and I was wrong. He was very professional and had a total customer service attitude. He is an excellent employee to have.
