My feet are difficult to fit. Thanks to the helpfulness and accommodation of the friendly crew at New Balance in Sandy Springs I was able to find just what I needed.

Sadly I had to return a pair of shoes I purchased online. Everyone in the store was very friendly the store clean and in order. Justin provided me with some helpful tips when ordering online, he also provided me with a few skew numbers for my future purchase. I love great customer service.

I purchased the classic 574 shoes for myself and my boys (ordered the boys shoes online to be shipped to my home, and the delivery was really fast!) The sales rep in the store was super helpful, and consistent with getting the right shoes for us all. He also made sure all customers were receiving assistance.
