I went in, having worn New Balance shoes for over a decade. I was greeted by Conner, who was personable and friendly from the beginning. Now, with my having worn these shoes, I know enough to get me by. The staff there are usually very helpful. Conner though is the most knowledgeable associate I’ve worked with.

Friendly staff with patience. The struggles of wearing a women’s size 12 is real. I brought a pair of shoes in the first week of January 2025 after trying on 3 sizes of the same shoe, only to go with the larger size which turned out to be too big once I got home.

My mother and I had a great customer experience at this New Balance store! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Keegan recommended the 990s for my mother who suffers from an arthritic knee. He was patience and helped her try on several different styles until she got the correct shoe.

I was impressed when shopping at this stores sales staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient while I looked for an appropriate pair of shoes.
