New Balance Alderwood

I just have to say how truly amazing Kris is. We showed up this morning, and he already had so many customers he was taking care of, yet he handled everything with such calm, focus, and professionalism. It was really impressive to watch him juggle so much at once without missing a beat.

Jess helped us today and had great knowledge and care about our shoe needs. She brought out many pairs to try on after our diagnostic foot evaluation. We both discovered new things about our foot size, arch, width, etc. We highly recommend going to New Balance.

Went shoe shopping at New Balance to replace my 2-year-old shoes that I walk in almost every day on cement floors. Daryl greeted me and helped me find a pair with the support that I needed to keep my feet from over or under pronating.

Wonderful experience at New Balance Alderwood After checking my options at multiple stores, I returned to look at shoes at NB. Daryl assisted me & what a wonderful help he was. Even though I was originally looking at different shoes, Daryl suggested a pair I wasn’t considering, but they were truly the ones i needed.
