I spend a lot of time on my feet due to my job in retail, and by the end of the day, I used to be in so much pain that I could barely walk to my car. I tried every brand imaginable but nothing seemed to work. A coworker suggested I check this place out, and I have to say, it was the best decision I’ve made for my feet.

I was training for a marathon when I started experiencing heel pain. Someone suggested I check this place out, and I’m so glad I did! The staff helped me understand what kind of support I needed and recommended the perfect pair. After a few weeks of running in them, my pain disappeared.

I was impressed with the foot scan. However, the store itself, being a New Balance store, is, in my opinion, very expensive. I have said many times that there is no way I would pay the kind of money for a pair of shoes that I spent today. Why I didn't walk out, I will never understand.

I came here with my boyfriend and his dad to find my boyfriend some new work shoes. The man helping my boyfriend pick his shoes was patient and helpful. Great service and my boyfriend found the right shoes for his work.
