We are from New York and was so pleased with the wonderful hospitality of the entire staff. My wife and I were greeted by almost every staff member and felt as if we were the only ones in the store and we weren't. In fact, it was quite busy.
Massive shoutout to the incredible team at Mountain High Outfitters! During a scary tornado warning, Kk, Jamie, Teresa, Sherri, Mandi, and Sam completely opened their doors to us. They immediately gathered a whole group of us and took us to the back of the store to make sure we were safe and secure.
Rob, Shantel, and Presley were absolutely amazing! So helpful and so kind! We drive specifically to just this store because they are so amazing! Could not ask for a better customer service or better staff! Hands-down the best!
Presley helped me tremendously in tracking down a pair of shoes that my local mountain high wasnt able to. She went above and beyond late in the evening to make sure I got what I was wanting. 💕
