I visited Marathon Sports in Old Saybrook on Sunday with both my mom and sister, as we were each looking for a new pair of running shoes. The staff was incredibly accommodating to scanning and fitting us all.
Great customer service! Friendly staff. Sam and Nick went above and beyond to answer our questions, offer shoe suggestions and kept bringing out more to try. Very knowledgeable, patient and eager to help. 1000% better customer service than Kelly's Pace in Mystic. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Great group of people here. Thoroughly knowledgeable and very friendly. They also have a wide selection of great shoes and gear. They are more interested in getting you the right shoe than up selling you something you don't need. We will be coming back. Highly recommend!!
