The staff here is very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond in getting me into the right shoe.
Wendy at the New Balance store went above and beyond to find me a pair of shoes that would help my back and feet . I had been to three different stores prior to coming to this store , and I am so glad that I did ! She was so patient with me and now all thanks to her I will be able to stand at work and not be in pain !
My husband and I recently visited Lucky Running in the Belden Commons and had a great experience. Yvette O. (assistant manager) was very helpful to both of us. My husband said he has never had anyone help so much with his shoes. She was able to fit each of us into shoes that will help our specific foot issues.
