After telling Ashley my story (I’m 75 and preparing to run my first marathon in November in NYC), she proceeded to scan my feet and then bring out eight pairs of shoes and said “my approach is to have you try on a bunch of shoes and to run in them. Feel each pair for yourself and compare.

Went in for a new training shoe. Ashley helped me a 3D scan of my feet and gave suggestions at various price points, even showed me a more effective way to tie my running shoes for a secure fit around the ankle.

What a fantastic experience I’m really lucky to be supported by such a great professional at this store. I got 3-D rendering of my feet to get the correct shoes for my feet.

Great buying experience. I dropped in here today to replace my worn out 5yr old Hokas. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the brand and my needs. They had me try on the newer model of the same shoe and then ordered the exact color replacement I wanted.
