John's Run/Walk Shop (Chevy Chase)

Went this Sunday for the Gamblers sale and had THE BEST LUCK. The store has a wide selection and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our feet needs are different as we age - I am welcoming the cushioned support after a lifetime of skate shoe brands.

The personalized service will keep me coming back. John's staff measures your feet and figure out exactly what type of shoe best fit your needs. Plus I would rather spend my money with a local business.

My first time at the store was excellent! Sue took such good care of me. We spent a lot of time trying something like 8 different pairs of shoes, each time checking for a number of indicators for their possible worthiness.

So glad I stopped in to get a new pair of walking/ traveling shoes here. The staff were so friendly and informed- they took the time to really learn about my walking habits and what I was looking for.
