The staff has the best customer service, patience and friendliness. Trying on and ordering several styles and sizes of shoes just to find the perfect shoe for me and did it all with a smile on their face. I can happily say I have finally found a great shoe for the gym thanks to Hub City Runners and their staff.

Jill took the time to fit my wife with some of the nicest shoes on the market for both running and everyday comfort. The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. We will definitely come back!
