Hoka, located at Lincoln Road, is an outstanding store, where the Manager, Chino, and all his staff, Sebastian, Edward and Roxanna, consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service.

Great selection of Hoka shoes . The personal was extremely helpful and nice . Had a great experience getting in and out fast . Prices are in line with any other store or Hoka website but in store you can try the shoes on for a good fit .

Roxy is the absolute best. I came in with tons of questions and she recommended several options for my needs. So patient. So knowledgeable about each model. I walked out with the perfect pair. She is very good at this job (and not everybody is). Thank you, Hoka!

Update: I came back to the HOKA store for a second purchase because I had such a great experience last time, and I specifically asked to work with Greg again — and he was just as amazing as before.
