HOKA Store Chicago, IL

This is a brick and mortar Hoka store in Chicago! They have a great selection to choose from. Also, the staff here were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

This is a small and excellent store. Even though they have. Beautiful designs, models and colors to choose, they are not just a fancy store with nice shoes to show off. HOKA shoes are the first choice for medical professionals who have to be on their feet or walking a lot for a good portion of their shifts.

Chicago is a walking city - and if you come wearing the wrong shoes, Hoka is here to help! The ladies shoes all fit very narrow, so ended up purchasing a pair of men's SpeedGs that fit perfectly. Good customer service today - only 4 stars as the shoes are quite pricey.

Hey Everyone, I spotted this shoe store right before we parked at the Navy Pier and after we finally got in line for our River Boat Architectural Tour. I so wore the wrong shoes for all the walking we were doing for today. Plus, even bought inserts beforehand at Walmart in hopes my shoes would work.

I had a great experience at the Chicago store. My order was ready for pickup, there was no long wait, and the process was straightforward. The staff were pleasant and patient throughout the interaction.
