Excellent experience that resulted in a pair of excellent shoes. Very helpful staff as soon as I walked in I had a guy(I wish I remembered his name) sit me down and measure my feet, I tried on many pairs of shoes but landed on a pair of Diadoras that heve been saving my feet on set for the last 3 weeks.

I’ve been going to heart and soul for about 5-6 years for running shoes- Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful on shoe selection. Most recently I worked with Cruz, Mike and Matt on 3 different occasions trying to figure out a shoe rotation for long runs, tempo, and recovery runs.

I have purchased shoes from this many times due to my need for footwear that provides excellent support. The staff are consistently very helpful. My only wish is that they would offer a greater variety of options in extra-wide widths.

Excellent store for sports shoes. I have purchased both Brooks & Hoka tennis shoes and received excellent customer service. Both brands have been great and the stores have a customer rewards program that’s nice if you buy a lot of tennis shoes. Great selection and competitive prices.
