Customer Service is the best! They make you feel very welcoming! Regardless of your race or gender. I’ve been to other places where it’s noticeable that they treat people different. I’ve been here several times already and Here they treat everyone the same. Care and Respect.

Bought some shoes here recently and staff really knew the products and explained everything very well, took my Hoko shoes back with a concern and they looked at them and explained the issues. They were pleasant and not condescending to a novice shoe guy, I found it refreshing!

We looked at many places across Jonesboro to find a few bike parts before being told "if Gearhead Outfitters downtown doesn't have it, no one does". Sure enough, Logan was able to help us out immediately AND likely made a bike sale as my husband is now honed in on a nice electric bike for turkey hunting.
