Gazelle Sports Downtown Grand Rapids

I just got a new pair of shoes yesterday. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I asked for a pair that is suitable for every day walking and supports my foot. She took the time to figure it out with me by trying several pairs until I chose one. She acknowledged all my needs professionally.

I went to Gazelle for the first time bc my friend recommended this specific store. When I got there I was greeted with genuine smiles and immaculate customer service.

I've been struggling to find the right shoes, so lucky to have a running specialty store close. They listened to all my problems and had tons of options for me. I like that I can try different shoes and choose what feels best. I also love that they are dog friendly! The Thursday group runs are also fun.

My first visit here was such a good experience! Loved that the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Really took the time and care to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, with no pressure at all.
