Front Runner Performance

Training for the Boston Marathon put my historically cranky hamstrings to the test, but Michele at Front Runner Performance was an absolute lifesaver! Her regular maintenance work, including dry needling with e-stim, kept me feeling strong and on track.

After my marathon, I was dealing with some soft tissue overuse issues, and Michele was a game-changer in my recovery. Not only did she quickly diagnose the root cause, but she also provided the knowledge, treatment, and guidance to get me back to running stronger than ever.

It was a total game changer to work with Michele as I prepared for my second half marathon. Michele took the time to talk through my goals and my ideal training plan - as a slower runner and someone who loves to lift, it was important for me be able to continue to incorporate strength training in my workouts.
