The only place I'll go for my running needs. Stopped by the shop last April and was helped by a gentleman named Tyler. He helped me find a new shoe for an upcoming race and was overall very knowledgeable. A few months later, I received a hand-written note thanking me for my business and wished the race went well.

I've been coming to Bend in the summer for years and always make a purchase here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff--always. Over the years my feet have changed so this year I felt the need for an "uber" expert to evaluate and fit me. Colleen was extremely helpful. I ended up with two pairs of shoes (trail and running).

I can't adequately express my gratitude to Anne at FootZone as well as the other friendly and professional staff. I was in Bend for a week for a class, and forgot something important for staying on my training schedule. Anne went above and beyond to help out and I'm greatly appreciative!

Stopped by FootZone in Bend while visiting from Seattle and had an awesome experience. Quick foot scan, great shoe options (On, Brooks, Asics), and super helpful staff who made sure I got the exact colorway I wanted. Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable—highly recommend!
