I’ve been passing by this store for years, but I finally decided to step inside. What a positive experience! The staff, especially Julian, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The store itself is well-designed and easy to navigate, unlike the overwhelming atmosphere of large department stores.

Wow! It has been some time since I have experienced the customer experience excellence I received at this store. Lorenzo was extremely helpful while I tried on many different shoes and helped me find one that met my needs. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and all the staff were so kind.

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. The customer support is five star. If you aren't happy with your shoes for whatever reason, they will work with you to get you what you need. They have a wide variety of shoe brands and related products. They also have some cute clothing.

After struggling with plantar fasciitis, my podiatrist referred me here, and it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly service, a great selection, and very reasonable prices for the quality of the product they sell.
