If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the right shoes for me. Initially, I purchased shoes that turned out to be the wrong style for my gait. They felt great when I walked around the store but ultimately caused pain when I walked distances.

I entered the store with a specific shoe in mind. The staff member informed me they were solo, which they handled amazingly. They were incredibly knowledgeable. My research had been flawed, so they recommended trying a few different brands and styles. The last pair I tried was perfect lol.

I’ve been a loyal Foot Traffic customer for years. Each staff member is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time needed to find. They will analyze your gate. If you need, they will analyze your arch, pressure on the ball of your feet and heels, etc., establish if you need insoles.

The place was pretty slammed when I went in and the staff was doing a great job juggling the customers, the phone, etc. - better than I could have. Despite it all, I had a great experience. I described what I needed from a pair of shoes. Based on my input, the woman brought out a pair from the back. They were perfect.
