Katy was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable when helping me select a shoe for me. We used their tech to measure my feet and establish my walking pattern to see pressure points and areas to focus on. She selected 3 different shoes based on those results, and I'm very happy with my Brooks.

This store has wonderful customer service and the staff takes the the time with you to find exactly the right shoes and accessories for your feet. There are special computer programs to assess your feet as far as size, height of arch, width etc. Would recommend to get a pair of shoes to support your feet specifically.

I always have an easy time getting shoes at Fleet Feet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are so knowledgeable of the products they sell and what best suits the customer, based on purpose of use. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Since time is valuable, I'm very pleased!

Joe was very helpful. He listened to our concerns. He took the time needed to make sure the kids had the perfect fit with an arch and a shoe. In house didn't have what was requested, he made sure they were shipped from another store in a prompt manner.
