Customer service was thorough and welcoming! I can’t get over how much of a difference my new Hoka sneakers have made on my plantar fasciitis…I felt it immediately!

I had a great experience here, the staff were attentive and very knowledgeable! Although I didn’t get shoes that day I did leave with a few items I will treasure and am super excited to use! I hope to come back when I’m in the area again.

I had never been to a store like this, so I was unsure of what to expect.Joseph provided the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. He was extremely knowledgeable & informative. I left with sneakers, socks, a big satisfied smile & information about running with a group.

The staff are great! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure you feel comfortable with your choices. Dennis, in particular, was very patient and provided his expertise that made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

I stopped by Fleet Feet Westfield last Sunday to pick up a new pair of running shoes. After a quick sign in at the front desk, I waited about 15 minutes before it was my turn to be seen.
