I go to fleet feet often for running shoes or for nutrition, clothing, and accessories for running. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable to every level. I came in for a new pair of shoes and wanted to switch up from my tried and true shoe to a more sustainable shoe.

I LOVED my personalized shopping experience at this store. Susan, the assistant, took the time to listen to my needs and evaluated the shape and structure of my feet and walking pattern.

So far every time I have purchased shoes at Fleet feet, I have received very good customer service from people who seem to care about my personal footwear needs. The staff has been very friendly, they look me in the eye while conversing, and go out of their way to find what I’m looking for.

Great service; kind, knowledgeable people; broad selection of gear; the welcome mat is out for anyone interested in moving—from the slowest, overweight walker (you see me) to the fastest elite runner. For those who don't want to go it alone (can you say "community"?
