Fleet Feet Springfield

I had a fantastic experience at Fleet Feet. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to really understand what I needed. They didn’t just hand me shoes, they asked thoughtful questions about my running habits, any injuries, and my goals.

I stopped by Fleet Feet this weekend to use my BD award. I am an Oncology nurse & dedicated Planet Fitness - West Republic rd.-- member so use my feet alot. I saw HOKA Bondi -9 on clearance & sent notes to other nurses. I found a pair of HOKAs Bondi -9 & bought them.

Wyatt was amazing, I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday, I was having some pain from running, and standing for long periods, I decided I needed a change in shoes, because obviously sketchers weren’t cutting it. Wyatt was fast, smart and very influential during the process.

Greeted as soon as we walked in. We were helped find the perfect fitting shoes. Friendly service, decent price. Customer service was great, associate took her time with us and that was appreciated!
