Went in around 5pm yesterday and was helped immediately as I walked through the door. The staff was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for even though I had no idea what I wanted or needed. They took me through their process of measuring my feet length and width and then how high/low my arch.

The Kingsport Fleet Feet is wonderful. The shoes there are incredible. My feet have never felt so comfortable. The machine checked my feet, which led me to a pair of shoes that would better assist me & my feet. They have cute athletic clothes, as well as cute accessories.

I wanted a stiffer soled Hoka tennis shoe. The store only had the shoe I wanted in white. I didn’t really want white, and the salesman offered to look at another store for another color. He did mention that white tennis shoes were “all the rage,” which was news to me.

I visited Fleet Feet one Saturday afternoon and had an absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. Although the store was busy, I was greeted immediately upon walking in, which made me feel welcomed right away.
