UPDATE: The Owner Contacted me and offered to make it right. I took my daughter down tonight and the two ladies on staff went above and beyond. They fit my daughter with NEW replacement Brooks and made sure SHE was happy. This is the service I was expecting in the first place. It was a slow start but good recovery.

Was on the search for a good pair of shoes for my adult daughter who was complaining about severe foot pain. One of the shoe stores in the mall recommended we try Fleet Feet. When we got there, I quickly learned this was a REAL shoe store.

I got fitted for the first time and it was a lovely and fun experience. The staff was super friendly and the you g lady that helped me was full of helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. I found a shoe that I otherwise would not have gotten on my own.
