Just went to Fleet Feet in Somerville and was very impressed by the knowledge and customer service care of their store manager, Joe. He helped a lot with my shoe choices and was an excellent conversationalist. Very well organized store with a lot of space, will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

Met with Nate today in the Somerville store. He explained how the foot scanning machine worked and talked me through all his recommendations once we had the results. He’s very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. I left with a new pair of ASICS that felt tailored to my feet.
