As a new runner buying my first pair of real running shoes, I was looking for an in-person retail experience that walked me through the entire process. Jordan met me the moment I walked in and I was in the absolute best hands. He asked me all about my running experience, training, and goals.

Prompt attention. Patient and polite staff. Felt like I had a good analysis of my feet and expert guidance to get shoes that I can wear for long walks and hours standing without getting sore. Rhonda was great.

I came here to get a pair of insole inserts for my new work shoes. The customer service here was the best customer service experience I've ever had. The store rep (Moriah) was kind, knowledgeable, and very understandable.

I had an incredible experience at Fleet Feet Santa Rosa, thanks to Tom, who I believe is the rotating manager. He isn’t always at this location, but I’m so glad I came in when he was there.
