Staff members were kind, patient and knowledgeable. Carla made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. She made sure we were comfortable and happy with the shoes, from fitting to comfort, as she brought different styles, sizes and fits (including socks and inserts).

The staff was very knowledgeable and was very caring and non judgmental. I have not been able to walk without pain in probably 20 years. It also appears I have been wearing shoes 1-1/2 sizes too SMALL!!! My new shoes have given me so much more independence and freedom and I highly recommended this store to anyone.

I was a pilgrim into the over taxed land of Illinois! But needed to hit fleet feet, it was a awesome experience extremely nice helpful staff they scanned my feet in a couple minutes and got inserts perfect for me, they were not pushy in any way shape or form. Very clean store, Karla I think her name was was the best !

I am an amputee who does his best to stay active, I come here to get my footwear because of the personal investment every time I have shopped here to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The staff goes above and beyond, very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable during the entire time in the store.
