Fleet Feet Roanoke

We stopped by Thursday, 3/26/26, about 4-5pm and were greeted by TYLER as we came in; He was knowledgeable and kind. He told us it would be a slight wait and explained the foot scan process.

The customer service at the location is phenomenal. I have had so much foot pain lately that I decided to stop in and see if I could get some help/relief. They young lady who helped me listened, made suggestions, and gave options that may help. She was very helpful.

Luke assisted me with finding a pair of shoes that worked perfectly based on my foot anatomy. We went through several pair of shoes before finding the right pair based on comfort and style. Thank you Luke for a wonderful experience.

Always appreciate the interest in analyzing my specific foot needs (3-D technology), wide sizes, and Jane Goode is the best in fitting my needs. Staff is very helpful, nice open space, good selections just a great experience. Been to 3 other FF in NC, but Roanoke store is the best!
