Fleet Feet Richardson

This is a really good small shop for getting running shoes and equipment - especially if you are looking for one-on-one help. We already knew what we were looking for so we didn't take advantage of it, but their staff can help you find what you need and fit you. They even have a machine to scan your foot.

The staff is always knowledgeable about the shoes and feet. Everyone is patient answering all of my questions and letting me try different types of shoes to stabilize my feet in addition to my custom-fit orthotics. This time around, I ended up getting help from one of the managers.

My foot Dr. suggested I go here to get more supportive athletic shoes. Amy was very helpful and brought out several brands for me to try on. They also include a free scan of your feet for sizing, arch etc I ended up buying a pair of Brooks. That style was being phased out and on sale.

Amy was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of my beginner running questions and made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. She carefully explained my foot structure with the 3D scan, which helped me better understand what types of shoes would work best for me.
