Second pair of Hoka tennis shoes purchased here. My color wasn't in stock so they ordered & (free) shipped to my house. Friendly staff.

(I bumped up my rating for only 1 reason - diligent, respectful, honest, constructive communication from Jody around clarifying their perspective. We still disagree, but his intentions are so clearly good, well, hard not to give that it's due.

The store has plenty of choices for running shoes and gear. I even picked up my first pair of Oofos with help of the staff who were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff very knowledgeable with all their products. I like the way they fitted my feet with the best comfort I’ve ever had in a tennis shoe. After the fitting process. I just left the new shoes on and put my old ones in the box. I felt like I was walking on a cloud.

10/10 experience. Emily worked with me for a solid 25 min measuring my feet and taking her time finding the exact orthotic for me. I never write reviews, but the staff is 100% worthy of it! Will definitely be back!
