Fleet Feet

First time I’ve ever been to one of these stores and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment guests walk in you’re automatically greeted by the friendly staff, I was greeted by Derek and he asked me what I needed help with and told me someone would be with me shortly.

I wish I had caught the name of the young salesman who helped me the day I went in so I could give him credit! I had been to three other running stores and this was the ONLY place where the staff was actually knowledgeable about how to pick the right shoes for your feet.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. The service was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and helped me customize the insole to fit my feet perfectly. I tried the shoes in-store and they were extremely comfortable from the start.

What a gem of a staff member, Sinkenesh! If you go to Fleet Feet, she is absolutely the one you should work with. She has the patience of an angel and really knows her stuff, being a former college runner herself. She took the time to listen, guide, and make sure everything was a perfect fit.
