Came in to try on some Hokas I saw on the FF website. Awesome customer service from Amelia.

The store was clean and organized. Austin is what made the experience phenomenal. He listened, was patience, researched, provided feedback. I felt like the only customer because he didn’t rush me, and he listened to all feedback I was giving so I made the most informed and best suited purchases for my goals.

My entire experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in. The store is well kept, clean, organized and just all around appealing. The employees are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I went in twice for service.

I received a Mother's Day gift certificate from my kids to get some walking shoes for my upcoming trip to Rome, they're tired of seeing my Crocs in all the vacation pictures! My experience at Fleet Feet was excellent from start to finish.
