After Runners High closed I didn’t think I’d find my shoes again but Fleet Feet not only stocked Brooks but had the machine to check my feet's pressure points. The staff were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service. I went back and took my son who bought his running shoes as well.

Staff is thorough and professional. My neighbor also became a new customer because of the fabulous customer service. The product -- Addiction GTS, men's Wide -- is well constructed, comfortable and stabilizing as I walk in recovery of severe ankle - foot injuries accompanying neuropathy.

Very helpful staff. No wait was welcomed in as I was walking in. Didn’t have the exact shoe I was looking for but they were able to direct me to a couple comparable shoes. I’d shop there again

I stopped by this store a few days ago looking for some walking/jogging shoes. I was helped out by Christian who helped me get an size scan for the shoes and even brought out 3 different pairs in slightly different sizes for me to find my most comfortable fit.
