This was my first running shoe store I went to when I moved here. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent with their assistance. They really took the time to understand my running journey, goals and injuries and catered to my needs. I really appreciated the help.

I thought this was an overall great experience. I hadn’t bought running shoes in a long time and the staff there was so helpful and walked me through a bunch of options and did the foot scan to find out what would be best.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are quick to help. I let them know of my shortlist of shoes I wanted to try. The colorway I wanted needed to be ordered, and arrived at the store the very next day. I was given the option to try that pair on to double check the fit, and check out was a breeze.

I love their foot measuring system and how they watch your walk. This is the only place to buy tennis shoes, in my opinion. Hannah was super helpful finding me the correct size and COMFORTABLE shoes! I love my new New Balance fresh foam x more v4 shoes!!!
