Do some work and research what you want, and what running goals you have. It makes it a lot easier talking with staff that work at a running store, but don't run or understand the "Runner's Life". Carol was super friendly, and even showed me how to look up sales items on their fleetfeet website.

My friend and I stop by 40 mins before closing and BEN was the only staff working the floor. He has very helpful in answering our questions as we are first time long distance runners and has so many questions. He was patience, very knowledgeable about shoes and extremely professional.

I took my 10 year old son who plays a lot of sports and recently started complaining about heel pain. They gave him a foot scan, discussed best shoes/insoles for him. He has immediate pain relief and feels more confident.

This Fleet Feet store was clean, well laid out, and had a very decent selection of shoes/products. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to take as much time as needed to assess what I needed, make suggestions, and made me feel like a valued customer. To quote Gen. MacArthur "I shall return".
