Great customer service. Nice staff. Clean store. Highly recommend! I visited this store for the first time today with my cousin who was interested in buying a new pair of running shoes. We weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing fast service and great price. No pressure to purchase and lets you try out enough options. If you get something and don’t like it, you can always come back and exchange. I didn’t end up purchasing because they didn’t have the color options for my wide feet.

Got excellent service while we were here. The staff was very helpful and helped pick out shoes for us and let us try on socks to see if it helped make the shoe fit better (which it did). They have a treadmill to allow you to walk in shoes before you buy them.

This was my first time for a personalized shoe fitting and it was beyond AMAZING! Santiago was the expert staff that assisted me and my sister and truly his excellent customer service made the difference. He was customer focused and not sales focus. His goal was to fit us for the shoe that would accommodate our needs.
