I’ve been consistently impressed with this store. The professionalism, knowledge, and genuine helpfulness of the staff truly stand out. I worked with Ishan (sorry if incorrect spelling) for a shoe fitting, and he was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough. I’ve also received outstanding customer service from Ashley.

This was my first time getting a full foot scan. I went in earlier this month on a Monday to look for running shoes and had a lot of questions. The young lady who helped me (I think her name was Hailey...?) was extremely patient and knowledgeable.

I am blown away by the service, knowledge & 1:1 attention from the staff at Fleet Feet. Penelope was incredibly patient & knowledgeable. I could tell she is passionate about running & footwear. I loved the foot scan and the assortment of sneaker options.

Outstanding staff! Very helpful. Komari and Miki were both very knowledgeable and professional. They ensured my feet were scanned accurately, that I understood all of the metrics, and that I tried several shoes and insoles until I got the optimum fit. Very bespoke service!
