Fleet Feet Bronxville

I was referred to this store by one of my students because my sneakers were completely worn out and I needed more supportive shoes. I was a bit apprehensive walking in since the staff was all male, but the sales representative who helped me quickly made me feel comfortable.

The customer service is exceptional at this location. I did not feel like the staff was pushing to make a sale, rather I felt that they were trying to genuinely make sure that I had a product that would improve me.

I had an amazing experience with the associate who assisted me. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I loved the shoe fitting experience, and that along with the associate’s helps definitely made me find excellent shoes for my broken ankle (and I got special inserts too)!

It was a great shopping experience. You must shop at this store if you are a serious runner or athlete or if you just want to find the right pair of comfortable sneakers to walk around in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
