Had a great appt with Wayne who scanned my feet and explained that since I have a high instep I should be wearing Ds. Who knew! Bought a pair of new balance 1080 on sale even!

This was my first time at Fleet Feet and I’m left wondering on why I hadn’t been here before! Dan was absolutely fantastic, his level of persistence and patience is admirable! Dan didn’t give up on finding me the perfect pair of trainers and all that with a smile.

Feel like a superstar athlete with VIP treatment and a beautiful selection of fabulous shoes. The technology they use to determine your best fit is amazing. The best part is the people.

As a first time customer I was wowed by my experience. My sales person was very knowledgeable & helped me select the perfect shoe for my needs. They take a 3D model of your foot to assist the fitting process. They also have a very generous return policy as well which is great. The shoes there are pricey, but worth it.

I have been to 2 locations, Victor and Rochester. Both gave comprehensive measurements with technology and all sales people have excellent knowledge, are very friendly, and offer suggestions and work hard to get you in the right sneakers. I have several health issues that benefit from a good sneaker.
