So happy I stopped by this store, as I've been researching many shoes myself because I've been experiencing a lot of foot/joint pain - The employees were so helpful & kind, in helping me find the perfect pairs for my feet specifically after scanning them in a computerized system.

Ian did a fantastic job helping us. I have neuropathy in my feet and he helped me find a pair of shoes that would allow my feet to walk in balanced away. Prices were not too expensive for this kind of custom shoe, Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and did not have any high pressure sales techniques and genuinely wanted…

Jim, Ian and Carli were absolute experts when educating me on how important it is to wear the proper shoes depending on your body structure! I had no idea how much time and thought was put into the mechanics of making shoes and understanding how everyone is different and not all shoes work for everyone.

Some of the best customer service. I got to work with Ian today on finding me a good fit for walking sneakers. He helped me understand a little more about my feet, size, & what worked for me. I tried on shoe after shoe after shoe & not once did he rush me, seemed pushy or annoyed. I’m very appreciative for that.
