The shop and employees are the real deal. Most if not all of the staff are real runners, some at a high competitive level. Ian (the owner) is a huge supporter and organizer of local and regional races. Would totally recommend any race he is organizing.

I shop FLR&T regularly because I like their friendly and informative service. I stopped buying my shoes online and now buy only at the store because their prices are competitive, there are no shipping fees, and if there are size issues with new models, they re-order immediately.
