Dick Pond Athletics Park Ridge

We were sent out to Dick Pond by our son‘s track and field coaches for jumping and sprinting shoes. It was well worth the drive for the exceptional level of customer service and top shoe recommendations from Rob, the assistant manager.

I had an outstanding experience at the Dick Pond Park Ridge location! The staff was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to help me find the right pair of shoes, even after several tries. They never rushed me, and they genuinely cared about getting it right.

My sister and I went into get some new running shoes and even though they had to wait until after they were set to close they did and were super nice and understanding. They didn’t try to oversell us and I feel like because of the low pressure but informative session we ended up buying two pairs each.

I came here to buy a better, higher platform shoe to wear while one of my feet recovers from an ankle sprain. The staff was very helpful, patient, and helped me navigate around 8 options to figure out which works best w/my medical boot.
