I had such a great experience at Complete Runner! I had never been in before, but the staff made me feel welcome right away. The gentleman assisting me took the time to measure my feet using a specialized foot sizer machine and even checked my stride as I walked to ensure I got the perfect fit.

This place is amazing. I came in completely clueless and left with the perfect shoes for my needs thanks to the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. I honestly had no idea what I needed, but they scanned my feet for me and recommended 3 different shoes that were all perfect.

I had an awesome experience with Will, Allison and Nick! Their customer service is far beyond any retailer that I've been to in a while and my new kicks fit like a dream. Im on hour 9 and they still feel great. Only 7 more to go! I'll be back soon and thank u 💓
