Take it from the Running Servant. They know what they are talking about at this location. For 6 hours, I listened as one customer after another customer was served with excellence and advised with knowledgeable staff from owners to the young high school student.
**Update - one of the owners reached out to me. He wanted to understand the root of my concerns so they could improve and to make this situation right. I am upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars, for the prompt follow up and show of concern for the customer experience.
My favorite place to buy my running shoes and my kids. I have also purchased Goodr glasses, they have a great selection. The clothing, LMNT packets, socks, and running accessories are always full variety and nice. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly, educated, and informative.
Came here the first time about six months ago and while the service was world class, I didn’t find anything I liked. Today, I came in a second time and got another dose of excellent service. Plus, I the experts on staff helped me find a set of shoes that my feet love. ❤️
